Purpose of the function

As part of our Procurement department, we are actively seeking a highly qualified individual to support our Supplier Information Management activities in our Munich Headquarter. Join us in transforming the way we partner with the business and contribute to the success of our dynamic organization.

 

Location: Munich; Contract: fixed-term, 20h/week

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support Supplier Information Management (SIM) activities within Coupa
  • Assist internal stakeholders in resolving vendor-related onboarding issues in a timely manner, including identifying and addressing the underlying issue(s)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating with vendors to submit missing or corrected information
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and vendors on the SIM process
  • Track, manage and proactively follow up on pending requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and prioritization of tasks

Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled Master’s student, ideally with a focus or interest in Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance
  • Highly reliable and a distinct aptitude to work accurately
  • Detailed orientated with a solution driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills in English (proficiency in German is an advantage)
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with Coupa is an advantage
