Location: Munich; 20 hours per week; fixed-term

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Employee Experience, Culture, Wellbeing, and Inclusion initiatives, including events, learning activities, and communication campaigns.
  • Support regional reporting activities by collecting, consolidating, and tracking data, preparing dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
  • Support Employee Health and Safety (EHS) reporting activities, including coordination with 16 EU affiliates, data consolidation, stakeholder follow-ups, and preparation of management reports.
  • Coordinate project activities, including stakeholder communication, meeting logistics, action tracking, and maintenance of project documentation and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support the successful delivery of People Development and employee engagement initiatives.

Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
  • Interest in employee experience, organizational culture, wellbeing, and people development.
  • First experience in administration, event coordination, student organizations, or project work is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, complemented by a high level of attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and tracking tools, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
