Tätigkeiten und Aufgabenbereich

  • Eigenständige Begleitung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Komplexität im technischen Bereich des pharmazeutischen Umfelds

  • Projektcontrolling sowie Nachhalten von Projekt- und Teilzielen

  • Verantwortung für Projektdokumentation

  • Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von Konzepten zur Prozessoptimierung

  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Templates

  • Aufbereitung, Ermittlung und Überführung von Daten in neue digitale Systeme (z. B. Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Plant Maintenance etc.)

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung:

  • Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit technischem Hintergrund

Erforderliche Erfahrung / Kenntnisse:

  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis 

  • C1 Level in Deutsch & business fluent English 

  • Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten 

  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität 

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und souveränes Auftreten 

  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Office)
