Job Summary

This position is responsible for operationalizing DSI Professional Programs, including cross-functional partnerships and handling and resolving all day-to-day operational issues. Responsible for overseeing field professional speaker programs for the DSI portfolio of products. Responsible for the relationship with and management of day-to-day interactions with the speaker bureau vendor providing services for execution of speaker programs. Responsible for maintaining speaker profiles, creating and delivering training materials and content on the speaker engagement platform.

Responsibilities

Program Operations:
  • Lead the coordination of speaker bureau nomination process with Brand Team and co- promote partners
  • Manage contracting process with Speaker Bureau vendor and co-promote partners
  • Develop and lead Field training sessions – both live and virtual
  • Track speaker utilization and work with manager to escalate as needed.
  • Coordinates Speaker Training and working closely with the virtual platform vendor
  • Provide weekly dashboard and program metrics to field sales.
Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Manage 3rd party vendor interactions to ensure they are following compliance with all DSI requirements and meeting all service level agreements.
  • Analyzing speaker program data, provide reporting and maintain cadences of reporting requirements as needed
  • Oversee the Speaker contracting and FMV process to comply with DSI Legal and Compliance requirements. Work closely with HCP Engagements to manage any FMV exceptions.
  • Resolve any issues that arise and escalate as necessary to Manager
  • Ensure that all HCP Profiles are created and managed in applicable systems
  • Manage approval process programs with short lead times.
  • Manage Speaker Exception approval process for travel requirements and work closely with manager for further escalation.
Technology:
  • Manages all aspects of technology platform for speaker programs for both field application and speaker portal.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all fields sales questions and technology issues.
  • Manage intranet pages and create new material as needed.
  • Primary point of contact for all administrative requirements for Speaker Engagement Platform
  • Manage all content, including but not limited to Videos, Brand Content, Speaker Deck and ensure that all content is up to date.
  • Manage all reporting need to track HCP Speaker trainings and other activities as required.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Primary point of contact for the Field Sales Organization to ensure process is being followed, answer any questions and any challenges that arise
  • Maintain updated documentation requirements (Professional Program checklist, SOP’s, AOP/AOI’s)
  • Responsible for working with Sales Training and others as needed to communicate with field sales.
  • Identify and action any policy or compliance risks and escalate to manager as needed
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance as needed

Qualifications

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience Qualifications
1 or More Years Pharmaceutical experience required
4 or More Years Experience in data analytics/management preferred, speaker program/peer to peer program experience preferred


Travel Requirements
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Speaker Programs, Conferences, Internal Sales Meeting, Speaker Trainings as needed

Salary Range:

USD$92,160.00 - USD$138,240.00
