Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Koordination von werksweiten Produktionsstillständen für Instandhaltungs-, Requalifizierungs- und Projektmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung, Abstimmung und Kommunikation eines jährlichen Shutdown-Masterplans inklusive detaillierter Ablauf- und Risikoplanung
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und effizienten Umsetzung der Stillstände unter Einhaltung von GMP- und EHS-Anforderungen
  • Koordination und Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit aller relevanten Schnittstellen und Stakeholder (Produktion, Instandhaltung, Qualität, Qualifizierung, Projekte, externe Dienstleister)
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Shutdown-Aktivitäten vor Ort inklusive Dokumentation, Reporting und Abweichungsmanagement
  • Analyse und Nachbereitung der Stillstandsmaßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung zukünftiger Shutdowns und Ableitung von Lessons Learned

Ihr Profil

  • Masterstudium oder Techniker-/Meisterabschluss in einem technischen Bereich (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Stillstands-, Instandhaltungs- oder Turnaround-Planung
  • Erfahrung in GMP-regulierten Branchen, idealerweise Life Sciences, Pharma-, Lebensmittel- oder Chemieindustrie
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis der Schnittstellen zwischen Produktion, Instandhaltung sowie TGA- und Reinstmediensystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projekt- und Planungstools, insbesondere MS Project
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, analytische, vorausschauende sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Koordinations- und Teamfähigkeit
