Angaben zur Tätigkeit
- Eigenständige Begleitung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Komplexität im technischen Bereich des pharmazeutischen Umfelds
- Projektcontrolling, Nachhalten von Projekt(teil)zielen und Projektdokumentation
- Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von Konzepten zur Prozessoptimierung
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Templates
- Aufarbeiten, Ermitteln und Überführen von Daten in neue digitale Systeme (z. B. SharePoint, SAP-PM etc.)
Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen
- Ausbildung: Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit technischem Hintergrund
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau oder vergleichbar (mindestens C1 mit Zertifikat) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und souveränes Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Systemen (MS Office)
