Werkstudent (m/w/d) Startup Operations (Biotech Production)
Angaben zur Tätigkeit:
- Du unterstützt unser Team bei der strukturierten Pflege, Ablage und Weiterentwicklung wichtiger Dokumente – und sorgst dafür, dass Wissen dort ankommt, wo es gebraucht wird.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Präsentationen und Übersichten mit.
- Du recherchierst eigenständig zu fachlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen und bereitest deine Ergebnisse verständlich und praxisnah auf.
- Du bringst dich proaktiv in die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und Schnittstellen ein – Kommunikation ist bei uns keine Einbahnstrasse.
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau effizienter Prozesse und kannst eigene Ideen einbringen, die wirklich umgesetzt werden.
Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:
- Laufendes Studium, z. B. im Bereich Biotechnologie, Biochemie, Life Sciences oder vergleichbar
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Lust, Dinge voranzubringen
- Interesse an Prozessen, Dokumentation und Organisation in einem regulierten Umfeld
- Gute Kommunikationsfaehigkeit und Teamgeist
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Tools
