Angaben zur Tätigkeit

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position steuern und koordinieren Sie die Detailplanung im Bereich Packaging (Blister und Vials) und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf zwischen Supply Planning und Produktion.

  • Detailplanung von Fertigungsaufträgen in enger Abstimmung mit Supply Planning
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Bulkprodukten (Tabletten, Filmtabletten, Vialprodukte)
  • Erstellung und erste GMP-konforme Prüfung der elektronischen und papierbasierten Auftragsdokumentation in SAP
  • Koordination der Verfügbarkeit von Bulk- und Packmaterialien inklusive Stammdatenabgleich
  • Organisation und Nachverfolgung des Stabilitätsmusterzugs
  • Erstellung und Analyse relevanter KPIs zur Prozesssteuerung
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Umfeld Packaging und Supply Planning
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben im Reinraumbereich

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen, pharmazeutischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einem produktionsnahen Planungsumfeld, idealerweise im GMP-regulierten Bereich
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Planungsvermögen sowie analytisches Denken
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und sichere Anwendung von SAP, ORSoft und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein und hohes Verantwortungsgefühl
  • Teamorientierung sowie klare und verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfüllung der Kriterien für die Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung der Luftfrachtsicherheitsbehörde
