Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Standort in Pfaffenhofen eine/n engagierte/n

 

Projektingenieur TGA (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Lüftung (HVAC)

 

Ihre Aufgaben – anspruchsvoll und praxisnah:

  • Planung, Projektierung und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen der Versorgungstechnik mit Schwerpunkt Klima- und Lüftungstechnik (HVAC) für Reinräume
  • Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams bei Neubau- und Optimierungsprojekten mit Fokus auf GMP, Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer Planungspartner sowie Sicherstellung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotsbewertungen und Begleitung der Rechnungsprüfung
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen, Abnahmen und Übergaben inklusive Gewährleistungsverfolgung im Bereich Lüftungstechnik
  • Fachliche Unterstützung im Betrieb: Fehlersuche, Optimierung und Einregulierung von Anlagen

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Technikerausbildung im Bereich Versorgungs-, Lüftungs-, Pharma- oder Gebäudetechnik bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung technischer Anlagen sowie im Projektmanagement – idealerweise im GMP-Umfeld und mit Reinraumtechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Regelwerken, technischen Standards sowie in der Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik von Lüftungsanlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (z. B. MS Office, SharePoint)
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Teamgeist und Organisationsstärke
  • Kommunikationssicherheit und souveränes Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
