Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten

  • Organisation und Koordination des technischen Archivs im Bereich Engineering

  • Archivierung der Dokumentation von Neuanlagen

  • Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation nach Umbauten und Upgrades an Anlagen, Systemen und Einrichtungen

  • Verwaltung der technischen Dokumentation in digitaler Form auf SharePoint

  • Planung und Durchführung erforderlicher Re-Qualifizierungen an Bestandsanlagen und Systemen

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Qualifizierungsdokumenten sowie Durchführung von Qualifizierungen an Anlagen, Systemen und Einrichtungen

  • Erstellung von Verfahrens- und Arbeitsanweisungen

  • Sicherstellung der GMP-gerechten Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld von Vorteil

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Anlagenqualifizierung und Validierung von Vorteil

  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Hohes Organisationsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
