Bioprocess Technician (m/w/d) Bioconjugation BioDS
Angaben zur Tätigkeit:
- Durchführung von Biokonjugationsprozessen zur Herstellung von ADCs gemäß Herstellvorschriften und SOPs
- Bedienung und Überwachung automatisierter Produktionsanlagen und Prozessleitsysteme
- Herstellung von Medien, Puffern und Prozesslösungen
- Durchführung von Filtrations-, Ultra- und Diafiltrationsprozessen (TFF)
- Vorbereitung und Bedienung von Single-Use-Systemen
- Durchführung von In-Prozess-Kontrollen und Probenahmen
- GMP-konforme Dokumentation und Prüfung von Chargenunterlagen
- Mitarbeit bei Abweichungen, CAPAs, Qualifizierungen, Validierungen und Prozessoptimierungen
Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:
- Abschluss als technischer Assistent, Bachelorabschluss oder Berufsausbildung im pharmazeutischen, biologischen, chemischen oder technischen Bereich
- Erfahrung in der biopharmazeutischen Produktion und im GMP-Umfeld wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Arbeiten in Reinräumen und Single-Use-Technologien von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb und unter Reinraumbedingungen
- Qualitätsbewusstsein, technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Interesse an modernen biopharmazeutischen Herstellungsverfahren
