The Position

For our Sustainability department at Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH in Munich, we are looking for a Working Student Sustainability (m/f/d) – fixed-term contract for 1 year, with option to extend.

Job description

Specifically, you will gain insights into the following areas and, in some cases, be responsible for them independently:

Supporting sustainability projects, especially in the areas of environment and social engagement
Independently taking on administrative tasks (e.g., document management) and data compilation and analysis (especially environmental indicators)
Support with sustainability reporting (e.g., gathering information, communicating with European locations)
Researching current sustainability trends and creating benchmarks
Opportunity to take on your own projects

Professional and personal requirements

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of sustainability, business administration, social sciences, or similar courses of study
Excellent level of fluency in written and spoken English; fluent communication skills in German (and Japanese, if applicable) are an advantage
Experience with data analysis and presentation (confident use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools)
Experience with or strong affinity for sustainability issues across the entire ESG spectrum
Interest in cross-departmental, cross-functional and international work
Attention to detail, independent and proactive approach to work
Open-mindedness toward new topics and tasks
