The Position

For our Sustainability department at Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH in Munich, we are looking for a Working Student Sustainability (m/f/d) – fixed-term contract for 1 year, with option to extend. 

Job description

Specifically, you will gain insights into the following areas and, in some cases, be responsible for them independently:

  • Supporting sustainability projects, especially in the areas of environment and social engagement
  • Independently taking on administrative tasks (e.g., document management) and data compilation and analysis (especially environmental indicators)
  • Support with sustainability reporting (e.g., gathering information, communicating with European locations)
  • Researching current sustainability trends and creating benchmarks
  • Opportunity to take on your own projects

Professional and personal requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of sustainability, business administration, social sciences, or similar courses of study
  • Excellent level of fluency in written and spoken English; fluent communication skills in German (and Japanese, if applicable) are an advantage
  • Experience with data analysis and presentation (confident use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools)
  • Experience with or strong affinity for sustainability issues across the entire ESG spectrum
  • Interest in cross-departmental, cross-functional and international work
  • Attention to detail, independent and proactive approach to work
  • Open-mindedness toward new topics and tasks
