Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support monitoring activities under the supervision of the Compliance Officer.
  • Support the global team with creating structure, toolkits, and documents for the global monitoring model.
  • Perform technical checks of the monitoring plan and its content.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures under the supervision of the Compliance Officer.
  • Perform technical checks of policy and procedure content.
  • Administer the roll-out of policies and procedures throughout Daiichi Sankyo Europe and monitor implementation.
  • Be accountable for data collection for metrics.
  • Other activities to be determined depending on evolving business needs.

Education & Experience

  • Currently studying for a degree at a university in Germany

Skills and additional Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail; you work carefully and precisely.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools and applications.
  • Initiative and open-mindedness for new topics and tasks.
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Canva, other graphic software) and advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, automation).
  • Experience with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
  • Written and spoken English skills.
