The Position:

Looking for a diversly tasked, long-term working student job for our Munich office, at approx. 20 h/week, limited for 1 year (with option to extend the contract).

Responsibilities:

  • Support compliance monitoring activities by collecting and reviewing relevant documentation and processes
  • Work collaboratively across different departments to collect data and to resolve findings
  • Provide system support for Material Review tool (Veeva)
  • Update existing compliance Power BI dashboards and create new ones
  • Support in the preparation of management presentations and reports
  • Other activities to be determined depending on evolving business need

Requirements:

  • Currently studying for a degree at a university in Germany
  • Excellent attention to detail, you work carefully and precisely
  • Proactive and able to drive tasks forward independently
  • Willingness to learn more about the regulated pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) including advanced Excel skills
  • Quick to learn and comfortable adopting new IT systems, software, and digital tools
  • Previous experience with Power BI, Artificial Intelligence tools, and/or monitoring tools would be beneficial
  • Written and spoken English skills
