Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the team with data engineering tasks such as collecting, cleaning, and organizing data using Python and SQL.
  • Assist in initial data analysis to help understand project requirements and support decision-making.
  • Help set up data products and dashboards for ongoing projects.
  • Support data validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to learn and contribute to new data initiatives.
  • Gain insights into how data supports finance-related business activities.

Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university or college, ideally in fields such as computer science, data science, business informatics, finance, or similar. 

Skills and additional Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of programming with Python and SQL.
  • Curious about data and eager to learn more about data engineering and analytics.
  • Some knowledge of Power BI and S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • Interest in finance and business topics is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good communication skills in English; German language skills are a bonus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
