Roles and Responsibilities

Order Taking area:

  • Receive and process into SAP-SD module all customer orders on a daily basis.
  • Verify customer and order information for correctness and compliance with PDA policy.
  • Maintain up to date customer master data and condition records.
  • Manage credit control warnings and blocks.
  • Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise.
  • Notify Supply Chain when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies.
  • Maintain Transfer orders database, liaising with sales reps to obtain accurate data on time, and crosschecking with customers.
  • Calculate and compile sales, return and transfer orders-related statistics, and reports for management.
  • Ensure GDP activities are performed according to required standards.

Project Management Area:

  • Support Supply Chain Manager in project documentation and execution.

Customer Service:

  • Provide customers with relevant information, such as prices, order status, and any anticipated issues.
  • Issue and distribute invoices, process customer returns and create and send credit notes to customers.
  • Interact with Logistic Service Provider to ensure orders are prepared and shipped to designated customers and solve any issues.
  • Monitor and record incident Key performance indicators.
  • Receive, register and respond to customer complaints.
  • Maintain pricing conditions and issue credit/debit notes in compliance with billing procedure and in response to Market Access requests and strategies.

Education & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced certifications Preferred

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
  • SAP Customer service experience and managing purchase orders
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry or logistic operator.

Skills and additional Requirements

  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors
  • Strong project management skills to oversee supply chain initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve supply chain issues promptly
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing supply chain processes
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives
  • Fluent in English, B2 English level required
