Daiichi Sankyo is strengthening its market access capabilities in the Nordics, and we are now seeking a driven and analytically minded Market Access & Pricing professional to join our expanding team. This is a key role in shaping and building the Nordic market access function as we continue to grow our oncology portfolio and prepare for future launches.

Reporting to the Nordic Market Access & HEOR Director, you will play a central part in developing pricing and market access strategies, supporting reimbursement activities, and establishing robust processes and tools that enable excellence in pricing and market access work across the Nordic markets. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to foundational capability building while working cross‑functionally to advance access to innovative therapies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead Nordic Market Access and Pricing projects, including e.g. strategic early assessments, pricing analytics, competitor insights generation, HTA and reimbursement landscape evaluations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of HTA dossiers, economic models, and payer evidence packages to meet country‑specific requirements.
  • Establish, implement and maintain systematic structures and tools for pricing, tendering, and contracting excellence across the Nordics  
  • Monitor pricing developments, competitor market access activities, and market changes across the Nordic region to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.
  • Support country-level pricing, reimbursement, tender, and contracting processes through high‑quality pricing analyses, insights and evidence generation, and robust business‑case development.
  • Drive internal functional and cross‑functional activities such as team meetings, workshops, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and process improvement initiatives to enhance collaboration and operational effectiveness.
  • Enhance efficiency by leveraging AI and automation to optimize analytical processes, decision‑making, and workflows

 

 

Profile

  • University degree in economics, business, finance, or related relevant discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, and tender management within the Nordic region
  • Fluency in English and in one or more Nordic languages
  • Proven experience in market access and pricing strategy development in Nordic countries
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment and in alliances with other companies
  • Analytical excellence and strong business acumen
  • Structured and organized, with excellent project management skills
  • Ability to leverage AI and automation tools to enhance analytical quality, improve efficiency, and support data‑driven decision‑making
