Purpose of the function
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze the market evolutions in terms of customers expectations and needs, competitors’ developments and perceptions
- Define the local strategic imperatives and tactics in collaboration with the XFT and Alliance Partners, and aligned with Regional and Global strategic teams
- Lead/Co-Lead the XFT to align on product positioning, messaging and account plans
- Ensure feedback loop platforms with field roles and between internal functions are functioning well
- Ensure local brand plan is implemented adequately and timely
- In close cooperation with Business Insights Manager, identify areas for increased insights to support decisions, monitor performance and continuously improve user journeys
- Lead the development and implementation of customer centric omnichannel engagement plans, driving enablement and distribution
- Ensure that marketing activities are conducted in accordance with compliance policies, codes and standards.

Education & Experience
Education:
- University Degree, preferably in a business or science related area
Experience:
- A minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing role
- Oncology experience is preferable Preferred

- In-depth understanding of marketing, including digital aspects
- Ability to translate scientific data into clear and concise promotional messaging.
- Proven relationship-building skills with scientific leadersExcellent ability to partner with multiple-stakeholders in a dynamic environment with a "can do” attitude
