Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Center of Excellence (Collaboration & Analytics) is accountable to independently analyze and synthesize supply chain information to generate insights and recommendations that support decision‑making and continuous improvement across Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain. As part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), this role applies analytical rigor, foundational supply chain expertise, and structured problem‑solving to support performance visibility, standardization, and data‑driven outcomes. The role operates with moderate autonomy, exercising judgment in analysis and recommendations, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Independently analyzes complex supply chain data from multiple systems and sources to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Synthesizes quantitative and qualitative information into clear, actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
  • Develops fact‑based recommendations and clearly articulates options, trade‑offs, and implications for supply chain performance.
  • Prepares executive‑ready summaries, visualizations, and analyses to support leadership reviews and decision forums.
  • Serves as an analytical contributor within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, applying supply chain knowledge to support cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Translates business questions into structured analyses that inform CoE initiatives, standardization efforts, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develops and maintains analytical reports, dashboards, and performance views using approved tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP data). Supports advanced analytics and AI‑enabled initiatives by preparing and validating data, evaluating outputs, and translating results into business‑relevant insights under established governance frameworks.
  • Collaborates with Commercial Supply Chain, Clinical Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and other partners to support analysis, issue resolution, and initiative execution.
  • Effectively communicates analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of CoE analytical standards, templates, playbooks, and documentation.
  • Ensures analyses, methodologies, and outputs are documented clearly to enable repeatability, consistency, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Continuously builds supply chain, analytical, and systems knowledge through hands‑on work, training, and feedback.
  • Contributes ideas and observations that support process improvement, analytical effectiveness, and the evolution of CoE capabilities.

Qualifications

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain, Data Analytics or other related area required

Experience Qualifications

  • 1 or More Years overall related work experience required
  • 4 or More Years overall related work experience preferred 

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Salary Range:

USD$92,160.00 - USD$138,240.00
