Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Site Management Intern for Summer 2027. This position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
The position will support high-performing team that leads mAb manufacturing activities globally to feed into our Antibody-Drug-Conjugates (ADCs) pipeline. The intern will have an opportunity to work with senior scientific experts ensuring robust manufacturing performance across the product lifecycle.
Facilitate coordination of tech-transfer activities of new or existing processes to the identified CMO(s).
Work with Manufacturing Site Management Leads and Site Launch Team members supporting facility-fit risk assessments, overseeing clinical, PPQ & commercial manufacturing campaigns, timely resolution of complex deviations/investigations.
Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and related workflows to reduce cost, improve quality and efficiency.
Manage sites' routine manufacturing performance dashboards and highlight the associated risks to Integrated Risk Management (IRM) committee.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering
