Responsibilities
External Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute GBD’s external engagement strategy aligned to corporate and external innovation priorities. Recommend conference, ecosystem, sponsorship, membership, and thought leadership priorities. Lead planning and execution of Partnering Days, ecosystem immersions, executive engagements, and strategic external events. Develop executive presentations and messaging for senior leadership. Build Daiichi Sankyo's reputation as a partner of choice within the innovation ecosystem. Partner closely with Corporate Communications on enterprise messaging.
Organizational Communication & Leadership engagement: Responsible for developing a multi-level internal communications strategy for the GBD Team, and internal key stakeholders. Supports corporate communications with messaging and input on internal company-wide communications relevant to GBD. Develop key messages and executive communications themes and messaging and determine the appropriate communication tools for the various targeted audience to be leveraged in multi-channel communications (GBD Team All Hands meetings, internal stakeholder road shows, newsletters, annual impact report, organizational announcements, etc..)
Learning, Capability Building & Organizational Development: Lead the evolution of a learning and development program for GBD and extended members engaging in external innovation. This includes supporting a continuous learning curriculum, onboarding of new employees, creating a communities of practice, lunch and learns, educational sessions and other education forums
Support Globalization and Change Management Initiatives: Develop change management and communication plans. Support implementation of new operating models. Drive stakeholder engagement across regions. Support globalization initiatives. Measure organizational engagement and adoption.

Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred required Master's Degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
10 or More Years Related communications experience required required
Proven track record developing content for a variety of channels (print, email, web, social media, PowerPoint, video, etc.) required required
Change management initiatives and colleague engagement strategies experience preferred preferred
Healthcare communications experience preferred preferred
Familiarity with corporate branding guidelines and healthcare communications best practices a plus preferred preferred
Experience working across regions in a globally-diverse, multinational company preferred. preferred
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. International and domestic travel

Salary Range:
USD$201,840.00 - USD$302,760.00
