Angaben zur Tätigkeit:

  • Kenntnisse in Untersuchungen von pharmazeutischen Arzneimitteln unter Anwendung instrumenteller Analytik (HPLC, GC, CE)
  • Projekterstellung sowie Auswertung analytischer Daten unter Verwendung spezifischer Software Empower®
  • Dokumentation aller Vorgänge gemäß GMP-Vorgaben (reguliertes Labor)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfanweisungen
  • Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung und Modernisierung von Laborabläufen; Schwerpunkt auf IT-Einsatz im Labor- und Dokumentationsbereich Empower® betreffend
  • Bedienung von Standardsoftware wie MS Office und gerätespezifischer Software
  • Betreuung (Vorfallbehandlung, Änderungskontrolle und Validierung) von Empower®
  • Schulung und Betreuung von Usern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Anwendungsspezifikationen für Methoden (Instrument- Processing und Report) in Empower®
  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Pflege von Methoden (Instrument- Processing und Report) und Custom Fields für Projekte in Empower®
  • Mitwirkung bei der Anbindung von Analysengeräten in Empower®
  • Projektverwaltung, Userverwaltung in Empower®
  • Periodische Evaluierung, Monitoring des IT-Systems Empower Quality Control (QC)
  • Backup und Restore von Projekten
  • Mithilfe bei Inspektionen

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Software Empower® und der Abläufe im analytischen Labor wünschenswert
  • Interesse an IT-Fragestellungen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse, Ausdauer und Freude an der Bearbeitung, Pflege und Erstellung von Dokumenten
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und vor allem Freude an der Arbeit im Team
